This is how the staff works each week.
We use the same supervision, handoffs, and memory rules that we bring to customer deployments. Our team manages the system.
Monday staff meeting
The chief of staff produces priorities, client commitments, open loops by owner, and the week's agent assignments. The humans spend 15 minutes confirming or redirecting.
Midweek department work
Agents work their lanes. Each handoff has an owner, a deliverable, a source of truth, and a deadline. Exceptions go to a person.
Friday memory close
Every active agent writes down what changed, what was decided, what's blocked, and where the canonical artifact lives. An agent that hasn't written memory hasn't finished working.
What agents can do on their own
| Tier | The agent may… | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Act + log | Do it and record it. No notification needed. | Research, analysis, drafts, dashboards, memory updates |
| Act + notify | Do it, report it in the next brief. | Approved standing programs: nurture touches, weekly reports |
| Propose + approve | Prepare it fully; a human clicks send. | Anything client-facing, deploys, spend, legal positions |
| Never | Humans only. No exceptions. | Signing, moving money, cross-client data |
A standing program is approved once. Each later run follows the same rule and records what happened.
