Our Staff

Agents need org charts.
This is ours.

We don't just deploy AI staff for clients — we run 99Agents on them. Two humans and 33 AI agents with real names, real lanes, reporting lines, escalation rules, and a weekly operating rhythm. Every agent below works here.

Our clients never run any of this — we build and manage your agents; you get outcomes and reports

How They Work For Us

A staff, not a tool drawer.

This is the supervision every agent we deploy gets — running on ourselves first, so you never have to administer any of it.

Monday — staff meeting

The chief of staff produces priorities, client commitments, open loops by owner, and the week's agent assignments. The humans spend 15 minutes confirming or redirecting.

Midweek — department work

Agents work their lanes. Handoffs carry an owner, a deliverable, a source of truth, and a deadline. Escalation happens by exception, not by volume.

Friday — memory close

Every active agent writes down what changed, what was decided, what's blocked, and where the canonical artifact lives. An agent that hasn't written memory hasn't finished working.

Decision rights — what agents do without asking

TierThe agent may…Examples
Act + logDo it and record it. No notification needed.Research, analysis, drafts, dashboards, memory updates
Act + notifyDo it, report it in the next brief.Approved standing programs: nurture touches, weekly reports
Propose + approvePrepare it fully; a human clicks send.Anything client-facing, deploys, spend, legal positions
NeverHumans only — no exceptions.Signing, moving money, cross-client data

Tiers attach to standing programs, not individual messages — approve a program once, and every run of it just notifies.

Want a staff like this inside your business?

We build the org chart, staff it, and manage it — the same way we built this one. You get the results and the reporting, not another system to run.
